#2023-260984/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0314 hours, officers responded to the 4100 block of 4 Av S for a report of a collision with shots fired. Officers arrived and located a male driver that was involved in the collision. While speaking with the subject, officers noticed bullet damage to the vehicle. A witness stated that two vehicles were traveling at a high rate of speed, shooting at each other. No description for the other vehicle involved. The driver was placed under arrest for investigation of DUI.
#2023-261088/North Precinct/First Watch:
At 0655 hours, three suspects committed a robbery in the 1000 block of NE Ravenna Blvd. The suspects pulled next to the victim’s in a vehicle and demanded their property, or they would be shot. The vehicle was found unoccupied in the area with the majority of the stolen property inside. Robbery Unit continue to investigate.
#2023-261229/South Precinct/First Watch:
At 1017 hours, the victim was walking with her daughter in the area of Beacon Av S/S Dawson. two suspects approached and attempted to steal her purse; they were unsuccessful. The suspects did take the necklace off her neck. The suspects ran to a vehicle and fled the area.
#2023-261166/South Precinct/First Watch:
At 0854 hours, in the 7200 block of E Marginal Wy S, two suspect vehicles arrived at a mini mart. 4 of the 5 suspects entered the store and presented a firearm. The suspects demanded money from the cash register. The suspects went behind the sales counter and stole e-cigarette devices. Once the suspects had the cash and e-cigarettes, they fled the scene in the two vehicles.
#2023-257199/North Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1736 hours officers arrived at a fight call with a possible firearm involved, a juvenile suspect who had earlier escaped custody on 09-05-2023 was recognized by officers while running from the scene. The suspect had been in-custody for a robbery, and escaped custody when taken to the hospital for treatment. The suspect was apprehended without incident and booked back into the King County Youth Detention Center.
