#2023-306070/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 10-21-2023, at 23:49hrs, seven males entered a gas station in the 9700 block of Holman Road Northwest. One of the males pointed a handgun at the clerk. The clerk confronted the armed individual. The assailant attempted to fire the gun but was unsuccessful. The other suspects assaulted the clerk. The suspects stole merchandise from the business before escaping in two gray KIA vehicles. The victim notified his employer and left the scene. The employer contacted SPD and reported the incident hours later. Patrol processed the scene for evidence.
