Detectives are investigating after a male was found shot and a female was car jacked in South Beacon Hill area.
Shortly after 7:00 p.m., dispatch received a call about a male shot in the 8400 block of 39th Avenue South. Police arrived and found a 47-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the leg. Officers provided aid until Seattle Fire Department arrived. SFD transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
At the same location, a female victim in her 50’s was car jacked and items were stolen by one of the suspects involved in the shooting.
Multiple suspects left the scene and have not been apprehended.
Robbery Unit Detectives are leading the investigation.
