#2023-326212/North Precinct/Third Watch:

Around 0100hrs the suspect went up to a home that displayed a Mezuzah next to the front door and shattered a front facing window. The suspect then ran to a waiting vehicle and left the area. Officers contacted the victim and documented the incident. Bias crimes was notified.

#2023-326418/East Precinct/First Watch:

East Precinct officers were dispatched to a deceased victim on Lake Washington between Montlake Bridge and University Bridge. SFD and SPD resources were dispatched as part of a Unified Command. SFD arrived and deployed their divers to retrieve the deceased victim in Lake Washington. SPD Harbor Unit arrived and assisted SFD divers in moving the deceased victim to land. Upon further investigation, the deceased victim appeared to be in the water for an extended time. The Medical Examiner responded to take custody of the deceased victim. KCME will determine cause and manner.

#2023-326680/East Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1438 hours a victim driving on I5 near exit 161 was involved in road rage incident with suspect. The suspect shot at victim, striking him in the back. Victim drove himself to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

#2023-326643/North Precinct/Second Watch:

Officers were called to a north Seattle high school to a report of graffiti related to Palestine and a global uprising. Officers arrived and photographed the writing.

#2023-326575/West Precinct/Second Watch:

On 11/11/23 at 1400 hours, approximately 3000 people gathered in Westlake Park and then marched to the Federal Building in the 900 block of 2 Ave as part of the weekly “Stop the Genocide Rally and March.” The group utilized their own bike and car brigade for traffic control. There were two minor disturbances. One disturbance involved frustrated drivers and the other involved from an independent media group. There were no arrests.
