#2023-332082/North Precinct/First Watch:

At 0428 hours, several suspects in two vehicles entered a small store, produced a handgun, and proceeded to take both cash registers and other items by force. Most likely the same suspects as two 3rd watch incidents. Robbery unit contacted.

#2023-332446/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1306 hours, a synagogue in North Seattle reported receiving a bias telephone call. The caller made alarming statements, followed by hateful remarks concerning the Jewish religion. This was the same caller and originating phone number as a nearly identical earlier event in East Precinct. Using statements made by the caller to the East Precinct officer and other information, it was determined that the suspect was calling synagogues from a location outside of Washington State.

#2023-332563/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1500 hours, CRG assisted North Patrol with a follow-up operation to the theft of $200,000 of gold coins by two suspects. Officers located the suspects and arrested them without incident. At the time of arrest, the suspects were in possession of several gold coins and numerous types of narcotics all packaged for sale. Officers then served warrants on the suspects’ hotel room, car, and storage unit. Additional narcotics, gold coins, silver coins, a saber, and ammunition were located during the searches. Both suspects were booked.

#2023-332909/West Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2145 hours, officers were conducting proactive patrol on 3rd Avenue and Pike Street. They located three subjects that were suspected of dealing fentanyl. While observing them, a gun was seen. Patrol officers were able to contact the three, and arrest two of them (the third was a minor). Drugs and two guns were recovered. One gun was reported stolen. The suspects were booked into KCJ.  

#2023-332967/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2305 hours, officers received a call from Safeway that a prolific shoplifting suspect was attempting to break into the store that was closed. He was able to force his way into the store, collect merchandise, attempt to walk out with the items, and when confronted he assaulted two of the staff members. Officer arrived within minutes just in time to see the man flee the store. The suspect was arrested after assaulting two officers. SFD was immediately called and responded. The suspect was transported to HMC with minor injuries and will be booked into KCJ for Investigation of Burglary, Investigation of Robbery, Investigation of Assault X2. Two officers were treated at a nearby hospital for minor injuries and released.
