#2023-354454/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0213 hours, Officers responded to a report of a stabbing that took place at 3rd Avenue and Pike Street around 2230 hours the day before. The victim walked home, and his girlfriend called SFD for his injuries (puncture wound to the chest) four hours later. Officers responded with SFD and the victim was transported to HMC with life threatening injuries. Homicide was consulted.
#2023-345436/East Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0053 hours, 911 received a call reporting an armed robbery at 12th Avenue and East Cherry Street. Victims were robbed of their phones. Suspects consisted of three females and two males. One male was armed with a rifle. Suspects were reported to be driving a red Toyota SUV. One of the stolen phones showed tracking to Renton. Renton PD attempted to contact the vehicle, but it eluded.
#2023-355258/North Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2236 hours, Officers were dispatched to assist SFD at a possible apartment fire. It was discovered that a female set a fire to clothes in her apartment bathroom, causing smoke to fill the 5th Floor. The female resident was taken into custody. Fire Marshal 5 was on scene. The incident and arrest were screened with the ABS LT.
#2023-355206/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2126 hours, Officers responded to a report of shots fired around Lincoln Park Way Southwest and Beach Drive Southwest. Witnesses advised of a white SUV that fled the scene after a passenger fired multiple shots out the window. Officers located 5 spent shell casings in the intersection and a “Stop” sign and “No parking” sign that had been struck by gunfire. GVRU and Media were advised. Scene processed by patrol. A possible vehicle was observed and stopped nearby and subsequently released.
#2023-355171/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2039 hours, a female was walking northbound in the 4500 block of Martin Luther King Jr Way South when she was approached by a W/M/ 20’s in dark clothing that attempted to steal her purse. She resisted and the suspect drew a gun and pointed it at her. The suspect ordered the victim to walk away southbound and he fled northbound. An area check for the suspect was conducted and he was not located. Robbery Unit was notified.
#2023-355241/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2212 hours, 911 received multiple calls of shots being fired around 3900 block of South Othello Street. After a lengthy search officers located shell casings in the area. No victims were located, officers located video surveillance but were unable to access at the time. A white Saturn vehicle was seen leaving the area northbound through the parking lot. GVRU was notified, patrol officers processed the scene.
