#2023-362591/North Precinct/First Watch:
On 12-18-2023, at 07:11hrs, there were multiple 911 calls regarding a Jeep Wrangler being recklessly driven. A description of the suspect was obtained and the Jeep was located, however the driver refused to stop and fled the area. The vehicle was not pursued. Approximately one hour later, the Jeep struck another vehicle when the suspect driver tried passing in a no passing zone. The suspect driver fled on foot, but officers were able to locate the female suspect after she caused a disturbance in the North Precinct area. The victim driver of the other vehicle was taken to HMC via AMR for non-life-threatening injuries. The female suspect was booked for felony warrants for eluding, hit and run attended, and an additional charge for reckless driving was requested.
#2023-362676/West Precinct/First Watch:
At 09:07hrs, officers responded to the Federal Courthouse for a report of a suspicious package. Due to the nature of the package, SFD Hazmat responded and cleared the scene. SPD Arson Bomb Squad responded to the scene. SFD sealed the package and handed the evidence over to the FBI.
#2023-363288/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 21:00hrs, officers working the Monday Night Football Game responded to a DV disturbance in the North Lot. After taking the suspect into custody, he headbutted an officer. The suspect was booked for the DV assault and the assault to the officer. The officer did not require medical attention.
#2023-363395/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 23:30hrs, South Precinct officers were dispatched to a home invasion robbery in the 2500 block of South Graham Street. The male victim after parking his vehicle was confronted by three armed suspects. The suspects forced the victim to unlock the front door of his residence so they could enter the home. The suspects took multiple high value items.
