#2023-361555/East Precinct/Third Watch:

At approximately 0023 hours, there were numerous reports of shots fired in the area of 26 Ave & E Fir St. Witnesses heard a vehicle speed off southbound afterward. Officers arrived and located 17 9mm FCC’s of two different brands (USA & CBC). There were no victims. Patrol processed the scene, spoke to witnesses and collected evidence.

#2023-361460/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2151 hours, 2 juvenile males were sitting in a business eating while their coach was in the car waiting for them. 3 suspects entered the restaurant and greeted the 2 males eating. One suspect ran outside and returned with friends from outside. With 5 suspects now conversing with the victims, one of the suspects grabbed one of the victims and dragged him out of the booth and a physical fight ensued. With the victim on the ground, the suspects all began assaulting the victim on the ground. The coach observed the assaults and came inside and broke up the assaults and the suspects fled from the restaurant and left in a suv most likely SB on MLK. Victim stated they grabbed his phone but he was able to retain it.

#2023-361629/West Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0245 hours, officers responded to a shots call in the area of 2 Ave and Battery St. Officers arrived and witnesses pointed out the suspect that was involved. The suspect was involved in a disturbance with at least two other subjects. During the disturbance he shot one round into the air. He was arrested without incident for unlawful discharge. One gun and one spent cartridge was recovered. 211 and GVRU notified.

#2023-361679/East Precinct/First Watch:

At 0458 hours a business owner called and informed 911 that two suspects were inside the closed store in the 3100 block of E Madison and appeared to be taking items. Officers arrived but the suspects had already left. The two suspects used an asphalt construction truck to rip the front doors off for access. They took several vaping items with other tobacco products. The was approximately 20K of damages and loss. The truck was reported stolen out of Issaquah last week. Evidence was gathered and processed. Screened with GIU.

#2023-361935/East Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1245 hours officers conducted a stop for narcotics use in an alley. A felony warrant was located, and officers attempted to take the involved person into custody. The arrested person became combative and fought with officers, striking one in the face, grabbing the other around the neck and at their radio lapel, and pushed and shoved them both. The arrested person was eventually taken into custody. All involved parties were treated at the scene by SFD. Officers were later treated at HMC for their injuries.

#2023-362271/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2040 hours, officers responded to the 1700 block of 4 Av S for a report of 20 shots heard in the area. Officers arrived and were flagged down by a citizen. The citizen was able to direct officers to the scene. Officers located and collected 16 FN 5.7 spent shell casings. Scene was photographed and evidence submitted to evidence.

#2023-352283/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2054 hours, the victim was walking NB on Airport Wy S from getting food. The suspect vehicle pulled out in front of the victim. As the victim was crossing the road under the overpass on Corson Av S/S Carstens Pl the suspect vehicle pulled out and stopped against the flow of traffic on Corson Av S. The occupants got out and confronted the victim stating they were gang members. The suspects demanded the contents of her bag worn across her body. The victim disregarded the suspects and kept walking. As the victim approached the sidewalk on the south side of Georgetown playfield on of the suspects ran up and grabbed her bag from behind. The victim was knocked to the ground and the 3 suspects began kicking the victim in the head, stomach. The victim sustained minor injuries. With the victims bag the 3 suspects got back into the vehicle and drove away. Robbery was notified of the incident.

#2023-362263/West Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2300 hours officers were on patrol in the area of 3 Ave and James St when they found a suspect they knew to have an active warrant. Suspect was combative from the beginning of the contact gesturing he would fight the officers. Officers made a contact team and took the suspect into custody.
