At 1605 hours, Officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle and person call. The caller reported that a male in a ski mask taking a snowmobile ramp from a truck attempting to put it on another. Police arrived and the suspect attempted to flee in a white pickup. At some point the suspect drove the truck toward an officer, the officer was able to get out of the way and the truck got stuck in the mud. The suspect then hopped over a six-foot chain link fence into a green belt area. The suspect was not located.
