Officers Investigating After Attempted Robbery, Victim Pepper-Sprayed in New Holly Neighborhood

Seattle police are looking for two suspects involved in an attempted robbery where a man was pepper-sprayed on Jan. 28.

Officers were called to the scene in the 3000 block of South Willow Street just before 11:30 p.m.

The victim told police two men he did not know approached him in a gray van outside his home. He said they pointed a gun at him to rob him, but he had nothing to give them. He was then pepper-sprayed and screamed for help.

Both suspects were last seen leaving the area in the gray van headed west on South Willow Street.

The victim was treated on-scene by Seattle Fire Department crews.
