At 1906 hours, officers responded to a call received reporting a domestic disturbance. There was an active disturbance when officers arrived. Police made exigent entry and arrested one party. The second party then kicked two officers. The second party was taken into custody for Assault III and booked into KCJ following a hospital guard. Neither officer sustained an injury.
