#2024-093745/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0158 hours officers were dispatched near the intersection of S Holden St/39 Av S for a report of shots fired. Multiple callers stated that they heard multiple shots fired. A caller observed males running on from the scene. Officers located shell casings and live rounds in the middle of the street. In a nearby bush, a magazine was located. At the time of the investigation, there were no victims and no property damage located.
#2024-093852/East Precinct/First Watch:
At 0628 hours a victim was grabbed by the suspect for an unreported reason and thrown down a flight of stairs in a parking garage. When the victim was lying at the bottom of the staircase, the suspect pointed a gun at him and made a threat. The suspect then took the victim’s wallet and left the scene. Several uncooperative witnesses were located, and an area check for the suspect was conducted with no results.
