#2024-110851/South Precinct/First Watch:
At 0800 hours, Seattle Parks Department and Seattle Public Utility officers, along with the AR Team, cleared an encampment at 25 AV S and S Walker ST. This site had been generating numerous 911 calls and using up resources. The encampment contained multiple RVs and around 18 tents/structures.
#2024-110805/East Precinct/First Watch:
On 0731 hours, 911 received a call from a male subject who had been stabbed in the back area by a subject known to in passing at his apartment building near Broadway Av. The victim was located, medical aid was administered. SFD responded to the scene and treated the victims. He was transported to HMC for further evaluation, the seriousness of the injury was unknown. A male subject on scene who matched the suspect description was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was in possession of the victim’s property. He was later booked into KCJ.
#2024-110950/East Precinct/First Watch:
At 1018 hours, Officers responded to E Alder St /12 AV to investigate a suspicious package that had been placed outside of a facility by unknown suspect – captured on video. Security notified Officers, they arrived and found the package. The package was about the size of an envelope. There was writing on it explaining dissatisfaction with the facility/people inside. No threats were stated in writing and no explosive devices found. ABS screened the incident, and the package was submitted into evidence.
#2024-111119/West Precinct/First Watch:
At 1130 hours, CRG Officers conducted a narcotics operation in Belltown. They arrested four suspects for narcotic consumption and diverted them to LEAD. They arrested one suspect for Investigation of VUCSA Possession w/ Intent to Deliver. 1.4 Grams of Cocaine; 7.2 Grams of Crack Cocaine; 14.4 Grams of Fentanyl Pills; 1.6 Grams of Heroin; 0.6 Grams of Methamphetamine; and over $600 cash recovered. The suspect was booked into KCJ.
#2024-111598/North Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2238, Officers heard multiple shots being fire in front of the North Precinct. Officers located 10 shell casings in the middle of College Wy N in front of the precinct. No victims or damage were reported. Checks of the precinct surveillance show an unknown white SUV or hatchback drive slowly in front of the precinct. No suspects located. GVRU notified.
#2024-111387/South Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1742 hours, officers responded to an assault report in the Rainier View neighborhood. Officers investigated the incident and developed probable cause to arrest the juvenile suspect. Multiple Officers created a plan, went to the suspects residence and were able to place her in custody without incident. She was later transported and booked into the Judge Patricia H. Clark Children and Family Justice Center for Investigation of Harassment.
#2024-111618/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2305 hours, officers responded to a call where a male was threatening the staff at the building, and possibly had a club. Officers arrived and spoke with the victim, who stated that the male suspect had attempted to hit her, threatened to kill her, and stated that she felt that she was targeted because of her race. The male was contacted and arrested without incident for investigation of a hate crime offense.
#2024-111516/East Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2040 hours, multiple callers reported hearing shots in an alley in the 1400 block of Boren Ave. An unknown suspect was seen running SB in the alley. Officers located seven 9mm FCC’s in the alley. A resident on the 7th floor of 1100 University St reported a bullet had gone through his sliding glass door. A fired bullet was recovered from unit. There were no injuries. Patrol processed the scene.
#2024-111494/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2004 hours on, officers responded to a DV disturbance in the Magnolia neighborhood. Investigation revealed PC for DV Assault 4 and Unlawful imprisonment. The suspect refused to exit the apartment and would not communicate with officers or HNT. Officers obtained a search warrant and successfully arrested the suspect without further incident.
#2024-111501/East Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2014 hours, an intoxicated male, confronted two subjects smoking narcotics in his neighborhood at a bus stop. He pulled out a firearm and pointed it at both of them and hit/poked them with it. The suspect made threats to the subjects. A crowd subdued the suspect and during the ensuing struggle, the suspect lost his gun. The suspect was taken into custody and the gun was recovered.
