Seattle Police detectives, along with federal law enforcement partners, arrested a suspected drug trafficker and seized large quantities of narcotics, thousands of dollars in cash, and a firearm last Thursday in Greenlake.
On April 25, after several months of a multi-agency investigation, Narcotics detectives and SWAT, working with Homeland Security Investigations, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, served a warrant on a residence in the 400 block of NE 70th Street.
Police recovered:
- 89 pounds of methamphetamine
- 8 pounds of cocaine
- 1 quarter pound of heroin
- 1 ounce of fentanyl powder
- 14,000 fentanyl pills
- $16,000 in cash
- Glock handgun
The 20-year-old male suspect operated in North Seattle, North King, and South Snohomish Counties. He was taken into custody on multiple counts of Possession of Narcotics, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
He was booked into King County Jail.
