Seattle Police Robbery Detectives and SWAT arrested a 26-year-old adult male for multiple counts of armed robbery Monday morning.
Over the past several weeks, detectives have been investigating a series of armed robberies in the East and West Precinct areas.
During their investigation, detectives determined that the suspect would contact his victims through online ads and meet them at their homes. Once inside, the suspect would produce a firearm and demand money from the victims.
On May 6th, Robbery Detectives located the suspect in a residence north of Seattle and he was arrested with the assistance of Seattle’s SWAT team.
Detectives served a search warrant on the residence. They located two firearms and multiple pieces of evidence.
The suspect was booked into King County Jail for four counts of Robbery in the 1st Degree.
