Seattle police have arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with this investigation.
The U.S. Marshals task force arrested the suspect in Eatonville, WA earlier today.
He was booked into King County Jail for Investigation of Murder.
Homicide detectives are investigating after a man died from a stabbing at the Capitol Hill light-rail station Saturday evening.
At 5:48 p.m., officers responded to a report of a male stabbed at the station. Officers arrived and located a 37-year-old male suffering from multiple stab wounds. Aid was provided at the scene, and the man was transported to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition. Despite all live-saving efforts, the male succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
Police are working to determine the circumstances that led up to the assault. The male suspect fled the scene following the stabbing and remains unidentified.
