#2024-168483/East Precinct/Third Watch:

At at 0244 hours, officers responded to the area of 20th Ave S / S Main St to investigate a report of over 100 gunshots heard. Upon arrival, officers located three groups of casings in the area of Pratt Park. Approximately 163 FCCs were recovered of mixed handgun calibers and rifle rounds. Additionally, officers located damage to several buildings and vehicles, and recovered one Glock magazine. Several hours later HMC reported a GSW victim walked into the ER minutes after 0244 hours. Officers responded to HMC with GVRU to contact the victim.

#2024-168475/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0230 hours, officers were dispatched to an assault. Witnesses said a subject was down and other were assaulting him while he lay on the ground. Officers arrived and found the victim with significant injuries laying in the roadway on 4 Av S. SFD arrived and provided aid. The victim was transported with life threatening injuries. Officers learned that the fight disturbance started inside the bar and the victim, and 2 other subjects went outside where a fight broke out in the parking lot. The suspect fled before officers arrived. A 9mm handgun and a bag belonging to the suspect were located on scene. Homicide, 233, and the Duty Cpt were advised. PIO notified/screened.

#2024-168500/North Precinct/First Watch:

At 0319 hours, Kirkland PD notified SPD dispatch that a GSW victim was dropped off at Evergreen Hospital, with non-life-threatening injuries to his legs. The victim stated he was shot somewhere near the 12500 block of Aurora Ave N. Patrol units checked the area but were unable to locate a scene. GVRU Detectives responded to the hospital to interview the victim.

#2024-168718/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:

At 1011 hours, over the course of the morning on 6/21/2024 several calls were generated regarding a subject attempting to open doors to multiple residences. At one of the residence, the subject stole a shovel from the property and was seen hitting various objects along the street and throwing rocks. Following an area check the subject was located. Upon attempting to contact the subject he pulled what appeared to be a knife from his waistband. The subject continued walking until he found shade to drink several beers. After not willing to follow commands of officers, HNT was requested and arrived on scene. Finally, the subject agreed to follow commands and officers were able to detain the subject without use of force. Subject was transported to the hospital for ITA.

#2024-168987/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1600 hours 2nd watch officers were patrolling 3rd and Pike St. Probable cause was developed for VUCSA PWI. Victor units on bicycles were requested to assist with the arrest. The suspect was arrested, additional narcotics, a ghost gun, a gun with an obliterated serial number, burglar tools and expandable baton were recovered. The SPD media was advised of the arrest.

#2024-169349/East Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2036 hours, call received reporting a male was assaulted by an unknown suspect. The suspect approached the victim, without provocation, used biased language and began assaulting the victim. The suspect punched the victim multiple times until bystanders intervened.

#2024-169484/South Precinct/Third Watch:

The victims were driving westbound on the West Seattle bridge when the suspect vehicle pulled alongside of them and opened fire on the victims with a handgun. The driver of the victim vehicle believes that the pistol used was a fully automatic firearm. The front seat passenger and rear drivers side passenger were struck by gunfire. Both victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The victims were both driven to the hospital immediately after the shots were fired. Officers responded to the hospital and contacted the victims and processed the victims vehicle for evidence. One projectile was located in the trunk. Officers were able to locate one spent shell casing on the West Seattle Bridge where the victims reported the shooting occurred. West Seattle officers conducted a search for the suspect vehicle, but it was not located. GVRU screened this incident.
