#2024-167397/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0055 hours, Officers were dispatched to a shooting call near the Othello Playground. Officers contacted the caller, who reported that he was confronted by a known suspect. The caller stated that he drove away, and the suspect followed him. The suspect then fired shots at the caller from inside of his vehicle and then drove off. The caller was not injured. The suspect was not located during an area check. 3 spent casings were recovered. GVRU was notified.
#2024-167575/West Precinct/First Watch:
At 0818 hours, SPD Officers were responding to investigate a threat incident in the West Precinct area. Upon arrival, SPD Officers developed probable cause to arrest the suspect for felony harassment and malicious mischief. Due to the suspect’s crisis state, CRT responded to the scene to assist with the incident. A short time later, the HNT team responded to the scene to assist. The suspect was arrested after two hours of negotiation. The suspect refused to walk when he learned he was going to jail. The officers used a team tactic to carry the suspect to a waiting AMR. During the carry, the suspect spat on the officer’s face and kicked the officer several times. The suspect was transported to the King County Jail but was declined by the jail staff. Subsequently, the suspect was transported to HMC for a medical evaluation with a hospital guard. A hazard report and exposure package were completed for the officers involved. A/Lt. was on the scene and screened the incident.
#2024-167945/West Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1530 hours, Officer were conducting a proactive surveillance at 12th Avenue S/King Street reference on-going narcotic selling. Officers surveilled the subject selling narcotics on seven different occasions. Subject was taken into custody and narcotics (3.7 grams of Methamphetamine, 8.5 grams of Fentanyl, and 1.7 grams of Cocaine) packaged for sale were located on his person along with $553. Subject booked into KCJ.

ART and CRG conducted an open consumption emphasis in the downtown area. 3 lead referrals were made. 1 subject was booked on an outstanding warrant.
#2024-168306/Southwesst Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2146 hours, 2100 hours, Southwest Officers assisted Tukwila Police in locating a stolen vehicle that tracked to the 2400 block of Sw Webster St. A Southwest Officer located the vehicle and placed the driver under arrest. Pursuant to investigation, an empty gun holster was located on the arrestee’s ankle. Officers searched the vehicle and located a loaded semi-automatic handgun, which was likewise stolen. The gun was photographed and placed into evidence, and the arrestee, a convicted felon, was booked into KCJ.
#2024-168435/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0057 hours, an officer on a premise at a Pioneer Square nightclub on-viewed a disturbance between security and an intoxicated male. The officer attempted to deescalate the situation without success while awaiting the arrival of backing officers. The intoxicated suspect chest bumped the officer and threatened to assault him and every officer who arrived. Backing officers arrived and the suspect was placed under arrest after a brief scuffle and a Taser deployment. Suspect booked into KCJ. Incident screened with 233, Hazard Report completed.
