#2024-243872/East Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0328 hours, officers were dispatched to a report of shots heard and a car speeding away near 26th Ave S/S Lane St. Officers arrived and did not locate any active scene or witnesses to the shots. After an area search, 3 10mm casings were located just North of 26th Ave S/S Dearborn St. No property damage, cameras or witnesses to the shooting or suspect information provided. GVRU was notified and patrol processed the scene.

#2024-243907/North Precinct/First Watch:

At 0455 hours, numerous gunshots were heard in the listed area. It was determined there was a house party in the area and an unknown suspect fired approx. 15 shots into a crowd on the street. One person was hit in the leg (non-life-threatening injuries) and was driven to UWMC by an unk person where he was treated. The shooter fled the area on foot and is at-large. Fifteen 9mm FCC’s recovered. GVRU notified and scene processed by patrol.

#2024-244087/South Precinct/First Watch:

At 0920 hours, 0920 hrs officers were dispatched to a no contact order violation at a home in the 3000 block of S Dawson St. The caller stated that her daughter, with whom there is a DV No Contact order in place, walked by her outside and walked into the house. The daughter grabbed a kitchen knife and held it up as she walked into the restroom inside the bottom level of the home. From the side door on the bottom floor, officers gained verbal dialogue with the suspect, who appeared to still be downstairs. Eventually, the suspect came out from a cove hidden behind the stairs. The suspect refused to cooperate and with the assistance of K9 and his handler, the suspect was taken into custody. The knife was located on the floor in the cove the suspect was hiding in. The suspect was arrested for DV Burglary 1 (for entering the residence she was not allowed to enter and armed herself with a kitchen knife) and 2 counts of violation of the No Contact Order, for breaking both orders that had been served.

#2024-244602/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1825 hours, the incident started out as a collision. When the victim driver got out to speak with the at fault driver, the at fault driver was upset and intoxicated. An argument ensued and the suspect pulled out a loaded handgun and pointed it at the victim driver. The two got into a wrestling match where the victim driver was able to get gun away from the suspect and pin her to the ground. Officers arrived and detained the victim driver due to gun and updates provided by citizens claiming him to be the aggressor. When the victim driver got off of the suspect, she began to attack him again. Officers separated her from him and in the process of pulling her away from the victim an Officer was severely injured. The suspect was placed into custody where she continued to resist and spit on another Officer. The suspect was eventually transported to a local hospital for evaluation and a blood draw for a DUI warrant. The suspect was charged with multiple felonies.

#2024-244744/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2156 hours, several callers called stating they had heard shots in the area. Patrol responded and found 2 spent shell casings in the street.

#2024-244411/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1100 hours, CRG with the assistance of CRG Cadre and West Bikes conducted a Buy-Bust Operation Downtown. The operation focused on the 1500 block of 3rd Ave and Belltown. Over the course of the operation six suspects were arrested for VUCSA PWI and various other crimes. Various narcotics and money were seized as evidence.

#2024-244725/West Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2104 hours, officers responded to a report of threats to kill with biased language. After a thorough investigation, it was determined that there was probable cause to arrest the suspect for Malicious Harassment. Ther suspect was ultimately arrested without incident and booked into KCJ. 243 was notified of the incident and all required emails and notifications were made.
