He is also suspected of being involved in many more that are still under investigation
One of the most alarming incidents (24-316039) occurred on November 7th near 35th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 95th Street in Seattle. A vehicle carrying a woman and a 3-year-old child was fired upon multiple times, with at least one bullet appearing to have struck the child’s car seat. The child suffered abrasions to his face, but both victims were fortunate to escape without life-threatening injuries.
Another incident (24-291334) under investigation occurred on October 13th in the parking lot near Northeast 55th Street and 25th Avenue Northeast. In that case, a victim reported being approached by an armed man while sitting in his car. Myles was located on November 22nd and a search of the residence he was staying at resulted in the recovery of four firearms, including one that preliminarily appears to have been used in the above shootings.
Myles, a convicted felon prohibited from possessing firearms, is now in custody and is charged with two counts of Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm First Degree. His involvement in the additional incidents remain under investigation.
