#2024-345351/South Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1603 hours, Officers were investigating a potential D.V. incident that potentially involved a firearm. Through the course of the investigation, one of the subjects was found to have multiple Assault 3 warrants out of several jurisdictions. While attempting to take the fugitive in custody she kicked an officer in the chest. After the assault, Officers placed her in custody without further incident.

#2024-345594/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2320 hours, a vehicle was driving at the 3400 BLK of SW Admiral Wy. The driver and passenger got in a disagreement. The passenger got angry and jumped out of the vehicle. The vehicle stopped and the driver provided aid until SFD and SPD arrived. The passenger was transported to HMC by MEDDIC 1. TCIS was notified about the incident, and the vehicle was towed to the VPR. The driver showed no signs of impairment. Once the passenger was able to speak, he refused to talk to officers. The passenger was ITA’D.

#2024-345530/East Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2106 hours, a person walked into HMC (325 9 AV) with a GSW to the face. The victim is from California and stated he was walking downtown when an unknown car pulled beside him and a person exited attempting to rob him of his gold chain. The victim resisted and the suspect shot him in the face before fleeing in the vehicle. No suspect or vehicle info was provided, and the victim had little information of exact location since he states he is from California and unfamiliar with the area. There were no witnesses to the incident. 243 notified.

#2024-345568/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2209 hours, Officers were dispatched to a DV threats call. The victim told officers that their boyfriend had pointed a firearm at their head. While gathering information from the victim, the defendant exited the building where he was contacted by officers. Officers ordered the defendant to the ground. When officers attempted to handcuff the defendant, he started to resist. Officers spotted the grip a firearm in the defendant’s jacket pocket, which they were able to remove during the struggle. The defendant was taken into custody. The firearm was reported stolen out of Auburn PD. Two pistol magazines were located in the defendant’s property. The defendant was subsequently booked into KCJ after an extended hospital guard at HMC from a jail decline.
