2025-4529/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0132 hours, SPD Dispatch received a 911 call from a 14-year-old female indicating she and her 17-year-old female friend could not speak freely, were in a car and were injured. Further updates indicated two armed men were transporting the females to an apartment near the Space Needle. Upon arrival at the apartment, the younger female was able to escape and was located by officers. PC was developed for Kidnapping. Officers arrested one suspect, and recovered a firearm, when he came to the lobby with the 17-year-old victim. Officers then contacted the second suspect via phone who surrendered without issue. A search warrant was obtained for the apartment, but the second firearm was not located. Incident screened with Homicide. Both suspects booked into KCJ for Investigation of Kidnapping.
#2025-4556/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0233 hours, Officers responded to the 6300 block 38 Av SW for a report of shots heard in the area. Officers located three spent casings in the alley to the west. After further inspections, the casings were found to be prop/blank cartridges. No suspects or property damage was located. SW Patrol processed the scene
#2025-4512/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0056 hours, at approximately 0056 hours, calls came into 911 about a young man shot and bleeding in the area of 10 Av S and S Henderson St. Upon arrival, officers found a young man and his friend in the immediate area, one of them bleeding from a gunshot wound to his ankle. Despite a language barrier, officers learned that he was involved in a dispute nearby and located a spent shell casing and evidence of rounds having been fired into the street’s asphalt. The victim was transported to HMC in stable condition; and the scene was photographed and evidence processed. No suspects were known as of the time of this report. Robbery detectives responded and the call was screened with GVRU.
#2025-4552/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0229 hours, the victim stated that he was driving when he pulled over on a side street to let another vehicle pass. The other vehicle pulled in front of him, blocking him, and 4 males exited the vehicle. One of them had a gun, pointed it at him, and forced him out of the vehicle. The four males then took his vehicle and fled.
#2025-4493/North Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0027 hours, time officers responded to an injury collision on the south side of the Aurora Bridge. A moped collided with another vehicle traveling northbound and bounced to other side of bridge colliding with wall on southbound side. Operator of moped suffered significant injuries to his leg and was transported to HMC. Incident screened with TCIS.
#2025-4602/West Precinct/First Watch:
At 0456 hours, officers responded to the report of an occupied commercial burglary at 97 Denny Way. West Pct units arrived and were setting up containment when the suspect exited the business and fled. After a brief foot chase, the suspect was taken into custody. Stolen items from the business were recovered during an inventory search of the suspect. Patrol officers processed the scene for evidence. The suspect was booked into KCJ.
