#2025-34186/South Precinct/First Watch:

At 1045 hours, an officer responded to a 911 call at 2201 4th Ave S regarding a reported threat involving a male brandishing brass knuckles and making threats. Upon arrival at the restaurant parking lot, the officer found no one in distress and learned that the caller had fled to 1900 Block 4th Ave S. After searching both locations with no witnesses or further leads, the officer later contacted the Victim, who stated he had since left the area. The Victim, who is unhoused, recounted that while waiting for the restaurant to open, an unknown Black male confronted him, used slurs, and threatened him with brass knuckles, causing him to flee in fear. Believing the incident was racially motivated, the victim reported feeling defenseless and feared for his life. The officer provided him with a case number and noted the presence of security cameras in the area. 1-Robert was advised of the potential bias elements of the call.  

#2025-34620/South Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1759 hours, a 50-year-old, male in a motorized wheelchair, was crossing the street EB at the intersection of S Orcas St / MLK Jr Wy S. He was in the intersection against the do not cross signal and was struck by an NB train. The pedestrian sustained severe injuries to his legs and was transported to HMC via Medic One. The collision was screened with TCIS.  

#2025-34817/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2319 hours, officers were at the 2600 BLK of Alki Ave SW and contacted two occupants inside a vehicle who were illegally parked. Officers saw a firearm in the console. Officers were informed by the occupants that they didn’t have a CPL for the gun. Officers detained the two males and received consent to recover the firearm from the vehicle. The firearm was recovered, and it was a Glock 19 loaded with ten rounds. The firearm belonged to the brother of the male in the front passenger seat. The male who was 19 years old was booked at KCJ for unlawful carrying of a pistol.
