#2025-32138/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0205 hours, suspect was inside the West Seattle Veterans Center located at the 3600 BLK of SW Alaska St. The suspect was making derogatory statements to other occupants inside the center. Security asked the suspect to leave, and he made additional derogatory statements at security and continuously threatened to damage her vehicle. The security’s vehicle is parked in front of the center, and she was afraid that he would carry the threat out. Video footage of the incident was viewed and a K9 responded to the scene. An extensive area search was conducted, but the suspect wasn’t located. All necessary notifications were made.
#2025-32974/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2140 hours, SPD Radio notified SW Patrol of an Info Only Call. KCSO had notified SPD of an attempt to locate a suspect vehicle from a drive by shooting that had just occurred where they were aware of the location of this suspect in Seattle jurisdiction. An immediate follow up request for KCSO was broadcast as they were in vehicle pursuit of the suspect northbound from the 9000 block of Delridge Way SW. This call escalated to a “Fast Back” for KCSO Units. The suspect lost control and crashed into a building (empty, closed for business) in the 3800 block of Delridge Way SW. No SPD were involved in the pursuit. SPD Officers arrived quickly and assisted in taking the suspects into custody, scene management and traffic control. The building sustained heavy structural damage and SFD Rescue 1 was on scene to make the building safe. SPD coordinated with KCSO who assumed command of the scene.
#2025-32925/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2035 hours, officers responded to a disturbance at 36 Ave SW/SW Avalon WY. Officers established PC for assault on the suspect. Officers located the suspect at his apartment building, and he was placed in custody. During the incident, the suspect attempted to kick an officer. The suspect was booked at KCJ.
#2025-32727/South Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1607 hours, multiple 911 calls in the 4400 blk of 29th Ave S of shots fired. multiple shots fired, scene located by patrol and photographed. GVRU notified. One bullet hole was located in a residence attic. Contact was made with occupants and there were no reports of injury.
