#2025-50722/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0135 hours, SW Patrol responded to a just occurred Armed Robbery at the 7/11 on SW Holden St. Employee was emptying trash outside when he saw a car parked at the East side of the building occupied by at least 3. One suspect male brandished a gun and ordered the employee back into the store where he had the employee open and empty the registers. The suspect and vehicle fled northbound on 16 Ave SW. Area check for vehicle was negative. Surveillance was captured but unavailable at the time of this SIR. Patrol processed the scene and submitted latent print cards. SPD Robbery Unit notified.

#2025-50741/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0218 hours, SW Patrol responded to a delayed report of an armed Robbery to gas station that occurred in the 8800 block of 14 Ave S. The clerk did not know what to do and called his manager which resulted in a significant delay in notifying SPD. Investigating Officers arrived and determined that 3 unknown male suspects entered the store armed with handguns and surrounded the clerk. All suspects wore gloves and had their faces covered. The clerk was held at gunpoint as the registers were emptied. Suspects fled on foot and then likely in an unknown vehicle (possibly related to susp call next door #25-50735). SPD Robbery was notified.

#2025-50837/North Precinct/First Watch:

At 0640hrs approx. 10-15 people were escalated and upset over a tree that was going to be cut down. There were 3 people who were physically on the private property and several who were outside the fenced area but trying to push the fence over. After a fair amount of time and warnings 1 arrest was made for trespassing. The remaining people, with some additions, attempted to block the street to keep the trucks from moving. After some more time the tree company was able to start work on removing the tree and the trucks were positioned in the work area. There were no more arrests. 221 was on scene. Car 22 and POET were advised.

#2025-51157/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1300 hours, GIU with the assistance of West Patrol served a search warrant for a $100K burglary at the Public Storage unit. This is part of a larger investigation being conducted by GIU (2024-332505).

#2025-51354/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1625 hours, Officers responded to an assault call at a King sector apartment complex. The suspect assaulted a staff member and there was probable cause for misdemeanor assault. Offices went to the suspects unit, but he would not come out. A short time later staff called because the same suspect assaulted a community member and was throwing items around. Officers arrived and contacted the suspect who was in the common area of the building. He was advised he was under arrest but advanced on officers and type 2 force was used. While being placed into handcuffs the suspect kicked and officer and later stomped on the foot of a second officer. Suspect was declined at King County Jail and was transported to Harborview Medical Center. Suspect will be booked into KCJ after release from HMC. The incident was screened with 222.

#2025-51676/West Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2302 hours, officers responded to a shots call in the 800 block of McGraw St. Officers located a victim numerous blocks away with non-life-threatening injuries consistent with being shot. The victim was transported via AMR to HMC. The suspect(s) fled the scene in a vehicle. Four FCCs were located, and a vehicle was taken to the VPR. 213 and GVRU notified.
