
Seattle police officers arrested a 44-year-old drug dealer and recovered drugs, cash, and a gun in the Belltown neighborhood this morning.
At about 9:20 a.m., patrol officers were conducting a narcotics operation in the 200 block of Blanchard Street when they witnessed a man dealing drugs in open view of the public.
Police arrested him and recovered:
- 8.7g Crack Cocaine
- 24.6g Methamphetamine
- 2.5g Cocaine
- 0.2g Heroin
- $1,425 cash
- semi-auto pistol
Officers booked the suspect into King County Jail for Sale/Delivery of Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Heroin; and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, as he is a convicted felon and prohibited from having firearms.
The suspect also had a $25,000 warrant for Residential Burglary, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Animal Cruelty, and Court Order Violation.
The Narcotics Unit will be assigned to this case.
