2025-121211/West Precinct/Second Watch/K3:
At 1511 hours, officers were dispatched to a disturbance at a local restaurant. The suspect called 911. When officers arrived, the suspect explained that he had been stabbed by an employee of the restaurant. None of the participants spoke English as their first language. The suspect had a small wound on his forearm. A translator who speaks fluent Hindi was able to translate. Officers were able to determine that no stabbing had occurred. The suspect who called 911 had injured himself to frame a restaurant employee. The owner of the business was able to remotely provide camera footage which confirmed the story.
2025-131265/East Precinct/Second Watch/E2:
At 1500 hours, East 2nd watch / 3rd watch conducted a joint narcotics / anti-crime operation in the confines of the east precinct with the assistance of CRG. In total, officers made six proactive arrests, seized 65.5 grams of fentanyl, 3.5 grams of methamphetamine and seized 228 dollars in U.S. currency. Three suspects were booked into KCJ for various crimes and three were Identified and released from the East Precinct.
