#2025-141325/North Precinct/Second Watch/U2:

At 1229 hours, Officers responded to a reported disturbance involving a gun. Officers arrived and developed PC to arrest the suspect for Attempted Armed Robbery. The suspect was located nearby. While taking the suspect into custody the suspect resisted arrest. The suspect’s firearm was recovered at the original scene. The suspect was transported to KCJ but declined for swallowing drugs. The suspect will be booked after medical evaluation at HMC.

#2025-141984/South Precinct/Third Watch/S3:

At 0144 hours, 4800 blk S Henderson. RP reported she was assaulted by a subject with a baseball bat and pushed downstairs. RP left area and the subject was in an apartment unit nearby. Subject reported to have access to baseball bat, crossbow and knives. Officers established PC for assault, formulated a plan, established contact with the subject in the apartment unit and directed him out. Subject placed under arrest without incident and booked into KCJ.

#2025-141963/South Precinct/Third Watch/S2:

At 0106 hours, Officers responded to a report 20 gunshots heard in the area of 46 S and S Morgan. Multiple calls reporting same with addition of screaming heard coming from Rainier S. Officers canvassed the area and located shell casings in the 6500 blk 46 S. A camper window was struck and slug recovered. Identified vehicle and residence with video capabilities located and noted. Incident forwarded to GVRU.

#2025-142019/South Precinct/Third Watch/S2:

At 0246 hours, a juvenile subject reporting that he wanted to kill himself and doesn’t want his family to find his body. Subject in the 9000 blk of Seward Park Dr and says he’s about to jump in. Officers located the subject at the end of a dock and began establishing a rapport. Harbor requested and en route. Subject suddenly stood up and jumped into the lake. Subject was instructed to swim back to the dock and she did not or could not comply. Subject remained between the two docks and did not make movement towards one side or the other and remained out of reach in the middle. Subject went sub surface and Hbr10, entered the water, located the subject underwater, brought her to the surface and swam to the dock. Officers pulled subject out of the water and placed her in the recovery position and handcuffs to prevent her from jumping back in. SFD on scene and evaluated subject. Subject ITA’d, AMR responded and transported subject to Children’s hospital.
