#2025-192618/West Precinct/Second Watch/D2:
At 1710 hours, a parking enforcement officer observed a suspicious male spray-painting multiple patrol vehicles parked outside a police precinct. Officers arrived to find multiple patrol vehicles damaged and attempted to re-acquire the vehicle, but it fled the vicinity. The suspect vehicle later returned to cause further damage to the police vehicles while arrangements were being made to move them from the assigned parking spots. Officers attempted to contain the vehicle after it drove onto oncoming traffic but were unsuccessful.
#2025-192957/West Precinct/Third Watch/D2:
At 2335 hours, the same suspect from 25-192618 returned to the 9 Ave side of the West Precinct and spray painted the mobile precinct, the large transport van and a smaller transport van. Officers located the suspect, and he fled driving recklessly.
