#2025-202236/North Precinct/Third Watch/U3:
At 0227 hours, RP reported friend shot in leg two hours prior. Officers responded and administered first aid to subject until SFD was able to arrive. Victim advised he was in altercation with another person over drugs when he was shot in leg. He advised he did not use drugs. Victim decided to sit in his car after altercation for a couple hours until he realized he would need to seek medical attention and was not able to drive. He then showed up at his friend’s door and asked them for assistance. Given multiple hour time delay and vague location of shooting, officers were unable to locate shooting scene. Search for suspect was unsuccessful.
#2025-202626/West Precinct/Second Watch/D2:
At 1245 hours officers responded to a felony assault at the Urban Rest Stop. Two employees were assaulted by the suspect. Suspect was angry that he missed a laundry appointment and used a broken glass bottle to stab one employee in the neck. Suspect punched another employee several times in the head and face. The suspect fled before officers arrived. Officers did an extensive area check and advised metro of the suspect description. At approximately 1730 a metro bus driver advised that the felony assault suspect was on the metro coach. Officers immediately responded to the area, but the suspect was no longer on the coach. Officers relocated the suspect and took him into custody without incident. Suspect was booked into KCJ for felony assault. The suspect is a serious threat to officers and has weapon cautions.
#2025-203304/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/W1:
At 2335 hours, the victim was parked at the 3000 BLK of 44 Ave SW and about to pull out of a parking spot. A sedan pulled up next to him and the passenger exited wearing a mask. S#1 put the victim at gunpoint and demanded his cell phone. S#1 then demanded that the victim exit his vehicle. S#1 grabbed the victim and threw him to the ground. S#1 entered the victim’s vehicle and left Southbound on 44 Ave SW. S#2, who was driving the sedan drove away in the same direction. The victim had visible injuries from the incident. Officers conducted an area check, but the suspects weren’t located. The SPD Robbery Unit was notified.
#2025-203263/South Precinct/Third Watch/R1:
At 2245 hours officers responded to a possible stabbing. Officers arrived on scene and SFD arrived shortly thereafter. Victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries from some type of edged weapon to his chin, arm and finger. The victim knew the suspect from having purchased a vehicle from the suspect. The vehicle has created a point of contention between the two. Officers are familiar with the backstory and were able to identify the suspect. King County Metro Transit system operators were notified as well as Renton PD. Renton PD assisted with a residence check for the suspect. Suspect not located.
