#2025-203430/West Precinct/Third Watch/K3:
At 0243 hours, officers located a stolen vehicle occupied by a subject seated in the passenger seat at a gas station. Information provided by Dispatch related the vehicle had been taken in an armed robbery. The passenger was detained. RTCC provided images of the suspect driver who had left as officers arrived on scene. The suspect was located numerous blocks away. The driver was noncompliant with verbal commands, produced a knife and was the subject of an effective Type II (40mm) deployment. Subject booked into KCJ.
#2025-203458/South Precinct/Third Watch/O1:
At 0330 hours a call came in for armed robbery in the SODO area. Male and female were approached by 3 suspects, hoodies, masks, and firearms. Victims(s) cell phones were taken and vehicle keys. Phones were discarded to the south of Home Depot on 1 Av S. Officers located the phones. Nothing of evidentiary value on the phones. Wallet with bank cards. Victim(s) said the suspects would not have access to any funds due to very low balance. Robbery notified.
#2025-203476/South Precinct/Third Watch/S3:
At 0405 by the Atlantic City Boat Ramp a couple callers reported shots fired in the area. Officers arrived and located two 9mm FCCs and one .40 caliber FCC, along with alcohol bottles. No property damage was located other than a broken bottle. Officers processed the scene. GVRU notified.
#2025-203472/Southwest Precinct/First Watch/W1:
At 0400 hours, officers responded to a 911 call regarding a report of shots fired in the parking lot in the area of 1900blk of Harbor AV SW. Upon arrival, they located a vacant vehicle hanging off the edge of the dock. The vehicle was unoccupied. During the course of their investigation, shell casings were located at the scene and collected as evidence. Officers determined the vehicle was stolen and impounded at the request of the Robbery Unit. According to a witness, the vehicle was seen doing donuts in the parking lot shortly before backing through the chain-link fence and coming to a stop on the edge of the pier. No suspects were located at the time of this call. The vehicle was impounded. The SPD Harbor Unit along with the United States Coast Guard and Port of Seattle PD responded to the scene to conduct an area check of the water way. 252, GVRU and the Robbery Unit were all notified.

At 2120 hours caller reported hearing 6 shots in the area. An officer responded and located shell casings. No property damage found. Scene was photographed and evidence collected. GVRU notified.
