#2025-211426/North Precinct/First Watch/B1:

At 0422 hours, officers responded to a reported explosion and found that an 18-year-old male sustained serious injuries when a firework exploded in his hands. He was transported to Harborview Medical Center via SFD Medics with injuries on left hand and damage to his right hand.  

#2025-211940/South Precinct/Second Watch/S3:

At 1654 hours, officers responded to a location where a caller stated 20-30 shots were fired. Upon arrival, officers were flagged down by an innocent bystander whose vehicle sustained significant damaged from gun fire. Video footage showed a shootout between the occupants of two different vehicles. Both vehicles fled the location prior to officers? arrival. Evidence was collected.  There was also property damage to several businesses nearby. The scene was processed by patrol. GVRU was notified. No injured victims located.

#2025-211974/North Precinct/Second Watch/B2:

At 1727 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting call in Boy sector. Officers arrived on scene and interviewed the victim and witnesses. Victim stated to officers that he had an altercation with a group of guys last night. The victim was walking around the front of his house when he observed the same group of guys drive past his home in a silver sedan. The suspect fired 6 shots at the victim. The victim was not struck by the bullets, several parked vehicles were hit. Patrol processed the scene. Incident screened with GIU.    

#2025-212238/North Precinct/Third Watch/N2:

At 2329 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting call at N 137 St/Aurora Av N. The two-victim stated to officers that they were approached by the suspect around N 143 St/Aurora. The suspect shot at their vehicle and drove away. The victims followed the suspect to try and get his license plate number. The suspect shot at the victims for a second time around 137/Midvale Av N. The suspect then fled the location. Neither victim was struck. Patrol processed the scene. GVRU was notified.

#2025-212156/East Precinct/Third Watch/E3:

At 2038 hours, security for an apartment building reported that their guard had been attacked and assaulted by a resident, who then armed himself with a knife and threatened other residents and cut himself. Officers responded to investigate. Security reported that the suspect, who appeared high on a stimulant, was training a dog before being confronted on the rooftop deck. He assaulted the guard with the dog’s leash and called the victim anti-black slurs. When confronted by other residents, the suspect armed himself with a knife and cut his hand, stating he would infect others. Officers formed a contact team and talked the suspect out of his apartment and took him into custody.  

#2025-212360/East Precinct/Third Watch/E2:

At 2355 hours, officers on patrol in the Pike/Pine nightlife area located a vehicle with a stolen license plate on it. While attempting to stop the vehicle, which was believed to be stolen, it eluded officers WB into Downtown Seattle running red lights. No pursuit was initiated. Later, officers located the vehicle pulling into a gas station at Pike/Broadway and initiated a high-risk stop once it was in a safe position with limited avenues of escape. The driver was the same individual, and the two passengers were the respondent and petitioner in an No Contact Order (NCO). Respondent was arrested for violation of NCO. Driver was arrested and booked to KCJ.
