At 1600 hours, the incident occurred yesterday but was reported today when officers arrived to investigate another incident. Officer was investigating a possible violation of an anti-harassment order when the restrained person, who is known and identified in the report came out and had words with the victim who was in his vehicle and unrelated to the initial incident. The victim was sitting in his vehicle which had Canadian plates, the suspect called him a “fu**ing Canadian,” and “fu**ing ni**er,” and “fu**ing fa**ot.” The victim is Canadian, homosexual and African American. It is unknown why the suspect singled him out and there was no interaction with her other than sitting in his car when she walked by and began calling him names, no acts of violence or threats. The victim declined to have me come out and chat with him.
#2025-191166/North Precinct/Second Watch/U1:
At 1130 hours, after a multijurisdictional investigation, the WA ICAC TF conducted a warrant operation in the North Precinct area with the assistance of CRG. The suspect was arrested for multiple felony crimes and further Child Sexual Abuse Material was located at the scene. The suspect was interviewed and booked into the King County Jail.
