#2025-219159/South Precinct/Third Watch/R1:

At 0147 hours, hours a call for service came in from KCSO where their transit security had a suspect on the ground attempting to detain him. Officers arrived and assisted with getting the suspect under control and handcuffed. The suspect was placed into the back of a patrol vehicle, and in doing so the suspect kicked an officer in the chest. Officer is okay. Suspect was a medical decline at KCJ. Hospital guard initiated until medical clearance and booked into KCJ. Assault screened with 243.

#2025-219240/South Precinct/First Watch/O1:

At 0415 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of 4th Av S for shots fired. Upon arrival, Officers located a scene in the middle of the street of 4th AV S. They additionally located a scene in the parking lot directly to the east. Within that parking lot, a single unoccupied vehicle had been struck. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and stated that they had been inside the Hookah lounge across the street prior to the shooting. No suspect nor fleeing vehicle description was given. No victims were located. Officers located numerous casings and an extended magazine within the scene. Officers took photographs and processed the scene. GVRU was notified.

#2025-219297/East Precinct/First Watch/C2:

At 0700 hours, Patrol responded to assist Seattle Fire on a reported arson with a suspect description. The suspect was located, arrested, and booked into KCJ. ABS responded to the scene.

#2025-219772/West Precinct/Second Watch/M1:

At 1711 hours, a carjacking occurred in the 1400 block of 1 Ave. Two armed black males wearing ski masks exited a white vehicle and silver vehicle and commenced to taking the victim’s vehicle at gun point. All three vehicles fled north bound until reaching the intersection of 1 Ave. and Pike St. at which time, they made a U-turn, heading south bound towards the stadiums. It was later discovered that the involved white vehicle was stolen minutes prior to the armed carjacking. At this time, there is no active tracking for any of the stolen vehicles in the incident. Guardian 1 was requested but unavailable. RTCC recovered footage of the incident and uploaded screen shots to the CAD call. State and other local agencies were notified of the incident and provided a description of the vehicle as well as possible addressed associated with the silver car.

#2025-219310/East Precinct/First Watch/C3:

At 0722 hours, call broadcasted stating Help the Firefighter at 23 Ave E/E John St. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect. Suspect threatened to kill a SFD chief and swung a chunk of concrete at him. Suspect was also arrested for setting a vehicle on fire and starting three other fires. (Does not appear to be South Precinct arsonist.)

#2025-220143/East Precinct/Third Watch/E1:

At 2351 hours, Just before midnight, security for a store called to report that three people had robbed a QFC on Broadway with a firearm. Officers arrived within a minute of broadcast, and learned the following: a group of 3 people entered the store, and stole a liquor bottle from the alcohol section. They attempted to push past security who tried to stop them. Security got into a fight with 2 of the suspects, before another suspect returned to the scene, pulled a firearm, and pointed it at the guards in a sweeping motion. Other suspects jumped in to attempt to unarrest their friends from security. Security deployed OC spray at the suspects, and they all fled. Containment was set up, and K9 responded. Bystanders gave descriptions of where the suspects had gone, and officers were able to locate and detain all 4 suspects. Security ID’d all 4. The vehicle they arrived in was located, and impounded to VPR pending a warrant. Firearm not located at time of report. Call screened with Robbery.
