#2025-230979/North Precinct/Second Watch/N1:

At 1600 hours, The property manager of the location had a conversation with the suspect who is a tenant of the building, they are going through the eviction process. The resident got escalated and then stated that he was going to “take care of” him after work. The tenant then called the manager “Ni**er.” The property manager does not believe that anything physical will happen, but the tenant may attempt to damage his vehicle at a later time. (Harassment).

#2025-231184/West Precinct/Second Watch/M1:

At 1800 hours, community members living in the 1300 blk of Western AV were in their secured parking garage. At around 1800 hrs they observed a male wearing a ski mask (weather at the time was in the high 80’s) inside another resident’s vehicle. When they confronted the suspect(s), one of them reached into his jacket (as to grab a gun) and said something like “it’s not worth your life!?” The suspects fled the area soon after. All suspect(s) at the scene were wearing full ski masks covering their entire face. The registered owner was contacted and advised that the vehicle has GPS, but at the time of the report, the victim was unable to track his vehicle.

#2025-231020/West Precinct/Second Watch/K2:

At 1549 hours, officers in the west precinct responded to a disturbance caused by a male throwing scooters, smashing items, and accosting community members. Whilst on scene, officers observed the male punch a large window causing it to shatter. The suspect was placed into custody at which point he proceeded to yell racial slurs and spit in an officer’s face. The suspect was later booked into King County Jail for Malicious Mischief 2nd Degree and Assault 3rd Degree.

#2025-231237/East Precinct/Second Watch/G1:

At 1910 hours, near the intersection of 12 Ave S / S Jackson St Officers on-viewed a suspect known to have a felony warrant. Officers knew the suspect to have a history of running and additional units arrived before attempting contact. The suspect did run and a foot pursuit ensued. Officers were able to catch up to the suspect and placed him under arrest. The suspect may have sloughed a gun during the foot pursuit but bystanders picked up all of the material dropped during the foot pursuit and they could not be located. During the arrest there was a Taser deployment Type 2 UOF. No officers were injured. The suspect was booked for the felony warrant.

#2025-231399/East Precinct/Third Watch/G2:

At 2157 hours, Officers responded to a report of a robbery to a business at 105 14 AV ste 200. Janitor was approached in the parking lot of the business by the suspect that implied they had a gun in their jacket pocket. The suspect demanded that the janitor take her to the 2nd floor offices of the Urban League business. The janitor escorted the suspect up to the 2nd floor and saw that employees were still working in the business and managed the convince the suspect that he didn’t have access to the rooms they wanted in. The suspect fled on foot and containment was set up and K9 responded with negative results. No items were taken from the business.
