#2025-231551/East Precinct/Third Watch/G1:
At 0224 hours, officers responded to HMC for a walk-in GSW. HMC security stated the driver that dropped off the victim was out in front of the ER. Victim stated that this was a road rage incident that started in the south precinct near a McDonalds on Rainier near Aki Kurose Middle school. As of writing this, no scene has been located. Victim is in stable condition with a GSW to the top of his head. GVRU was notified of the incident.
#2025-232104/West Precinct/Second Watch/K3:
At 1300 hours, West Precinct conducted a high-visibility operation in all three DAT zones around Westlake Park, Little Saigon, and Pioneer Square. Officers on bikes, on foot, and in PIUs made multiple on-view contacts while providing security and clearing public sidewalks for city partners while they completed critical cleanup work. These efforts were carried out in coordination with CRG units, who simultaneously conducted operations in the downtown area. In total, officers made 10 arrests for warrants, VUCSA, and felony property damage. The ongoing success of these operations speaks to the professionalism and dedication of all involved. PEOs also wrote numerous citations and recovered a stolen vehicle. Public Affairs unit notified.
