#2025-244126/West Precinct/First Watch/Q3:

At a “fastback” was broadcast to assist the trooper in the West Precinct area. East and West units arrived at the scene a short time later. Upon further investigation, a wrong-way driver was driving northbound in the southbound tunnel of State Route 99. At the time of the collision, the southbound tunnel was fully closed for construction/maintenance. The driver entered the tunnel from an unknown location and drove northbound through the tunnel while workers were on the roadway. The driver crashed his vehicle into a mobile barrier truck and disabled both vehicles at the scene, which were later towed. The driver was processed for DUI.

#2025-244859/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/W3:

At 2114 hours, Officers responded to a DV call located at the 6900 BLK of 37 Ave SW. Officers established PC to place the suspect in custody for DV/theft. After a brief struggle, the suspect was placed in custody. While Miranda was being read, the suspect spit at an officer. The spit possibly made contact with the officer’s clothing. The suspect then threatened to keep spitting at the officer. The suspect was transported to KCJ and booked for Assault 3. Charges will be requested for resisting arrest and DV/theft.

#2025-244857/East Precinct/Third Watch/G2:

At 2109 hours, officers responded to a hit and run incident in the east precinct area where the suspect had fled the scene. Officers conducting an area check observed the suspect vehicle a few blocks from the initial scene. The suspect who was observed exiting the vehicle and fleeing the scene after crashing into a roundabout, was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. He was later booked into the KCJ for DUI, Hit & Run Attended, DWLS 3RD, Operating motor vehicle without ignition interlock, and Obstruction.

#2025-244633/North Precinct/Second Watch/U1:

At 1657 hours, the suspect made a threat to come to the pastor’s church, shoot him, and then commit suicide-by-cop. The threat was made to the 988 Crisis line, who informed Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, who informed Seattle CSCC. A supervisor responded to the address. Security at the location had been made aware of the threats. Due to the robust security presence at the location, it was determined an SPD presence was not needed. Report forwarded to SPD Crime Intel.
