At 1746 hours, radio relayed a suicidal person on the N. 92nd St Overpass above I-5. Officers arrived within minutes of the 911 reports. As officers arrived the subject climbed onto the I-5 sign (hanging above I-5). There was nothing anyone could do- she let go and landed on the NB lane of I-5. No vehicles were involved. Officers immediately raced down (on foot) and began CPR and life saving measures. Officers on scene recognized the subject as the same person that they rescued from the Aurora Bridge last week. At that time, she had a knife and threatened to jump from the Aurora bridge. Officers managed to detain her and sent her to the hospital for IVT. The subject on that same day eloped from the hospital and was subsequently re-acquired and readmitted for an IVT to Swedish Ballard. The subject was transported by Medic One. State patrol took over the scene. 3 lanes of I-5 were briefly shut down.

#2025-299217/South Precinct/Third Watch/S1:

At 2207 hours, caller stated that the suspect had approached her and pointed a firearm at her, taking the keys to her vehicle. The suspect then entered her vehicle, which was equipped with an ignition interlock device. The suspect, apparently not having time for all of that, then fled on the heel and toe. An area check was done for the suspect but was unsuccessful. Approximately 27 minutes prior to this call, a similar attempted carjacking had been attempted, again unsuccessfully. The suspect and weapon described in that carjacking was similar to this call and was possibly related (2025-299198). In that call, the suspect had fled with others in a different vehicle; therefore, K-9 did not attempt a track.
