At 0059 hours, the suspect walked up to the victim at 9 Ave/Madison St and told him to empty his pockets. The victim backed up and the suspect rode away. The suspect approached the victim a second time and placed his hand in his pocket. The suspect told the victim that he was going to follow him. The victim fled the area. The victim believed that the suspect had a weapon. The suspect didn’t take any property. The victim never saw a weapon. Officers conducted an extensive area search, but the suspect wasn’t located.
#2025-327994/North Precinct/First Watch/B2:
At officers were dispatched to a reported robbery near Leary Way NW and 8th Ave NW. The victim stated he was riding a lime scooter on the Burke-Gilman Trail when two suspects approached and robbed him at gunpoint. The suspects, armed with a handgun and a knife, took the victim’s wallet, cellphone, bag, and Lime scooter. During the incident, one suspect pressed the handgun against the victim’s abdomen and pepper-sprayed him. The suspects were not located.
#2025-325967/South Precinct/Second Watch/R1:
At 1700 hours, Officers responded to a disturbance call. Officers determined the suspect was in crisis. The suspect assaulted an officer. Officers used a Taser to subdue the suspect and take him into custody. The suspect was later booked into KCJ.
#2025-330116/North Precinct/Second Watch/J2:
At 1320 hours, Suspect called school twice making bomb threats. School notified SPD and patrol units responded. School security checked premise and found nothing suspicious. School is a lock-out campus and decided not to disrupt classes and proceeded as normal. Number came from an online phone number “spoofing” service. Report forwarded to Intel.
2025-330687/North Precinct/Third Watch/J3:
At 2255 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting near the intersection of N 82 ST/ Densmore AV N. Callers reported two vehicles were seen driving southbound on Densmore. Eight shots were heard during the incident. Shell casings were recovered at the scene. No property damage or injuries were found or reported.
