#2025-342648/South Precinct/First Watch/R1:
At 0601 hours, Officers responded to a disturbance at a gas station in the 2400 Block of Beacon Av S where a suspect damaged property and threatened the staff. Officers were able to locate the vehicle the suspect used in an alley nearby. Officers then learned the suspect (who is somewhat known to a resident) forcibly entered the residence at knife point. The occupants were evacuated outside, and containment was established on the residence. HNT responded to the scene. The suspect eventually surrendered and was taken into custody. 231 was on scene.
#2025-343151/East Precinct/Third Watch/G3:
At 2200 hours, the WA ICAC Task Force hosted a UC Chat Operation out of Bothell PD. Personnel from multiple agencies across the State participated in the operation. Multiple felony arrests were made over the two days. The suspects were booked into the Snohomish County Jail and and the King County Jail for Communicating with a Minor for Immoral purposes, Attempted Rape of a Child, and Commercial Sexual Abuse of a Minor. On site forensics located evidence on several of the suspects phones, including Child Sexual Abuse Material. Several of these investigations are continuing and additional arrests will be made.
