Seattle police detectives in the Traffic Collision Investigative Squad (TCIS) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run collision on Dec. 14 at about 12:00 a.m. The crash occurred at Beacon Avenue South and South Stevens Street.
The suspect vehicle is described as a 1997-1999 white Toyota Camry with gold emblems and damage to the windshield, hood, and right (passenger side) headlight.

Detectives Investigate fatal Hit-and-Run in Beacon Hill
Detectives are investigating a fatal hit-and-run collision that killed a bicyclist early Sunday in Beacon Hill neighborhood.
Shortly after 12:00 a.m., officers responded to reports of a collision at Beacon Avenue South and South Stevens Street. Officers and Seattle Fire Department medics arrived and found a 38-year-old man unresponsive in the roadway. Medics attempted life-saving measures and pronounced the man deceased at the scene.
Police secured the area, and detectives with the Traffic Collision Investigation Squad (TCIS) responded to investigate.
Witnesses told police the man was riding his bicycle across Beacon Avenue South when a southbound vehicle struck him. The driver fled the scene after the collision.
