#2025-370383/South Precinct/Third Watch/R3:
At 0125 hours, Suspect approached a vehicle yelling that he was a police officer and the driver was going to jail. He accused the driver of being on mushrooms and having weapons. He opened the door of the vehicle and physically tried to remove the driver. A struggle ensued. A ride share driver in the area witnessed the physical altercation and called 911. The suspect saw the witness and ran from the area. Officers located the suspect and took him into custody. Suspect was booked for Robbery and Criminal Impersonation.
#2025-370436/Southwest Precinct/First Watch/W1:
At 0356 hours, 3rd and 1st watch officers responded to the 2400 block of Harbor Av SW to the report of a robbery in progress at convenience store, where the clerk was in a physical fight with the suspect. The suspect had taken alcohol from the store after the clerk refused to sell due to the hours. The suspect had left money on the counter. The suspect returned demanding the money left. The money was given, but the suspect demanded that money was missing and demanded more from the clerk. The suspect went behind the counter and physically attacked the clerk. At one point the suspect strangled the clerk and held a corkscrew to their neck, threatening to kill the clerk. The clerk did sustain injuries from the cutter. When units arrived, the suspect was taken into custody without incident. The incident was screened with the Robbery Unit, and the suspect was booked into KCJ for Robbery 1.
#2025-369745/South Precinct/Second Watch/O1:
At 1101 hours, a group of Starbuck employees against union busting and wages, began setting up for a long-term strike near the Starbucks Headquarters, 2400 blk of Utah Av S. There had been a labor strike the previous day with about 200 protestors. Today, about 15-20 protestors marched from 1200-1400. It is anticipated there will be additional labor disagreement/protests at this location. There have been no arrests to date, for this has primarily been a labor management dispute. Car 23 notified.
#2025-3711351/North Precinct/Third Watch/N3:
At 1150 hours, WA ICAC Task Force conducted a follow-up arrest operation in Marysville with the assistance of Everett PD and Marysville PD. Detectives conducted a month-long investigation that ended in the arrest of the suspect as he walked up to the motel they had agreed to meet at. The suspect thought he was meeting a mother who was selling her 11 and 13-year-old children for sex. The suspect was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for multiple felony charges.
#2025-371148/South Precinct/Third Watch/R2:
At 1956 hours, south precinct patrol responded to the area of S Neveda St & Jill Pl S for a report of approximately 30 shots heard. Upon arrival, officers located multiple shell casings and one unspent round. No property damage, or victims were located. Officers spoke with witnesses who observed a sedan flee the scene in an unknown direction. No suspect descriptions were provided by the witness.
