At 1139 hours, officers responded to a reported DV disturbance. Upon arrival, the subject fled the scene and officers engaged in a foot pursuit. The subject entered a house under active construction and barricaded themselves inside, causing the workers to flee. Officers contained the residence and attempted to hail. Officers eventually spotted the subject through a window, who had hidden themselves in a crawlspace under a set of stairs. HNT engaged the subject while patrol officers prepared a contact team. The contact team entered the residences and contacted the subject. The subject was eventually taken into custody without incident. The subject was sent to the hospital for their ITA warrant and charges will be forwarded for trespassing and obstruction.

At 1552 hours, Employees of a local drinking establishment were attempting to remove a customer that was yelling racial biased slurs at other patrons of color inside the business. As the employee attempted to remove the suspect, she assaulted him with a full beer, causing pain in his chest. The victim stated that he felt the suspect was attacking him, and the other customers, verbally as well as physically due to their skin color. The suspect was not on scene. 223 was notified and email notifications were made.
