At 1400 hours, officers responded to a Disturbance Call at 1400 Madison St. The 911 caller heard loud thumping noises and a female stating she wanted to leave the apartment. Officers arrived and contacted the male and female. There were no signs of physical disturbance. During the investigation evidence was found of a previous assault and it was determined the male suspect had provided a slightly different name to police. The correct name of the male suspect returned with a $100,000 Unlawful Imprisonment warrant resulting from the previous incident. An arrest team was formed, and officers re-contacted the suspect and arrested him for his felony warrant. The suspect was booked into KCJ.

At 1636 hours, suspect entered bank made his way to a teller and made threats. Suspect took the money and left eastbound toward the light rail station. An area check was made for the suspect, but he was not located.

At 2254 hours, victim said he drove a female around and picked up another female and went to a bank. At the bank, the victim said the female held a knife to his neck and demanded more money. The victim said he jumped out of the vehicle and ran. The females drove off in his vehicle.
