Two men were stabbed during a robbery early Wednesday morning in First Hill’s Freeway Park.
At 6:30 a.m., dispatchers received reports of two victims stabbed in Freeway Park underpass near University Street and Hubbell Place. Officers arrived and found a 35-year-old man and a 38-year-old man with stab wounds.
Officers provided aid until Seattle Fire Department medics arrived and transported the victims to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police cordoned off the area, and a K9 Unit searched for the suspects but did not locate them.
Witnesses told police three males wearing black clothing robbed the victims during the assault.
Detectives with the Robbery Unit are leading the investigation and are working to determine what led to the stabbings.
