#2026-40474/East Precinct/Third Watch/E3:
At 0028 hours, officers responded to a report of DV assault. Officers spoke with the victim and established PC for DV assault. Officers contacted the suspect in the apartment, but he refused to come out and barricaded himself in the apartment. Officers setup containment on the apartment and applied for a search warrant. With a signed search warrant, officers contacted the suspect again and he stated he would come out. Suspect was placed in custody and booked into KCJ.
#2026-40693/South Precinct/First Watch/S2:
At 0900 hours, the suspect was observed damaging the community memorial at Rainier Av S/S Henderson St where two juvenile males were recently killed. Suspect was contacted and placed under arrest for misdemeanor assault warrants. Suspect was medically declined at KCJ. At the time of this SIR, hospital guard was being conducted.
