At 1034 hours, officer responded to a priority one threats call involving a handgun in the 2900 block of Southwest Avalon Way. The victim told 911 that a male came out of his house with a gun, pointed it at her and yelled he was going to kill the victim’s dog. Upon arrival, officer located the suspect and during the course of the investigation developed PC to arrest the suspect for assault without incident. Firearm was located and collected as evidence.
