At 1200 hours, 2nd watch conducted proactive patrol in the 12th Avenue South and South Jackson Street and CID area. Officers were allocated to foot and traffic emphasis. In less than two hours of emphasis patrol, officers logged to numerous narcotics and traffic stops. Patrol also worked with Seattle Park Rangers in ensuring no illegal activities occurred in the public parks. One suspect had a verified extraditable DOC warrant and was booked into SCORE Jail.

At 1100 hours, GIU Detectives and North Patrol Officers conducted a joint organized retail theft operation at Ulta on Aurora Avenue North. Detectives teamed with loss prevention representatives to identify and apprehend suspects. During the operation 22 stolen items were recovered totaling $677.99.
