#2026-061528/East Precinct/Third Watch/C1

At 0041 hours, a man sleeping in his tent near Seven Hills Park was awoken by a sharp instrument stabbing into his tent, striking him in the lower leg. This caused an injury to his calf. The victim was able to find someone to call 911 for him and waited for SPD and SFD to arrive. SFD treated the non-life-threatening wound. He was transported by AMR to the hospital. The victim did not see or hear anyone outside before the attack took place and was alone at the time of the incident.

#2026-061511/West Precinct/Third Watch/Q3

At 0012 hours, a victim said suspect hit him in the back with the flat side of an axe around 2nd Avenue North and Mercer Street. The victim said he left the scene, and when he returned his belongings were gone. The victim had no visible injuries but reported back pain and was transported to hospital via AMR. An area check for the suspect was negative. Other parties at the scene reported that the victim has been a nuisance at their encampment for the past couple days.

#2026-061766/South Precinct/First Watch/R2

At 0820 hours, officers were dispatched to an elementary school following a report of a suspicious female. The suspect attempted to lure two students (ages 5 and 8) by falsely identifying herself as their mother. Due to the quick intervention of a crossing guard, the children were unharmed and entered the school safely. Officers arrested the suspect, who was into KCJ on charges of child luring.

At 1100 hours, Officers conducted proactive patrols at 12th Avenue South and South Jackson Street corridors. Officers conducted patrols on foot and in vehicles to disrupt the use of narcotics and illegal vending in the area. Officers on-viewed numerous violations and handled incoming 911 calls during the patrol. 211 was present for the patrol and walked a foot beat as well.
