At 1116 hours, proactive narcotics enforcement resulted in the arrest of a drug dealer for 5th time in the Belltown neighborhood. His most recent conviction for VUCSA was 1/28/2026. He was in possession of 20.8g crack cocaine and 1.8g fentanyl, and $197 US currency. His vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant.

At 1648 hours, the incident stemmed from a female going into the nail salon and saying she was being kidnapped, a male came in and said “we are going” and female got up and was taken away in a vehicle, we tracked down the short term rental that had tracking to another location in the U-dist. Officers arrived locating the suspect vehicle from GPS coordinates; detained two possible suspects and located the female in the van. Turns out it is supportive living and the two suspects were care takers who located her and were returning her back to her supportive living situation. She was still in crisis lashing out at staff and had assaulted other residents, she was sent to the hospital.

At 1845 hours, victim was driving through Lowes parking lot, vehicle got in front of victim vehicle and forced victim it to stop. Suspect got out and came to victim vehicles window demanded money from the victim implying that he was armed. (hand in pocket with an item looking to possibly be a firearm) – Turns out the victim was in fact the one that was armed, when this became known to the suspect the suspect turned and ran back to his vehicle and fled. No plates on suspect vehicle.

At 2218 hours, officers were dispatched to a report of a motor vehicle vs. pedestrian. Officers arrived on scene and located two victims (brothers), one with a significant head injury. Medic-One arrived and transported the two victims to HMC for their injuries. The driver of the vehicle was evaluated for impaired driving, but he was determined not to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. He was issued citations for two infractions and left the scene after investigation was complete. Incident was screened by TCIS.
